Talon uses these clamps on their HRC triple and they're awesome link clamp These clamps are designed to reduce flex and keep firm pressure on your materials as you work. It's easy to set the clamping force and the wing nut is large so you don't get confused with placement on your truss or run out of space. I used these to clamp a 20ft C-perrin for welding and they worked great, easy to use and held the weight of the c perrin with ease.
The clamp arm must be used in the allowable eccentric shape range shown below. Use of the clamp arm outside this range increases eccentric load on the link mechanism and piston rod, resulting in malfunction. Also, the sensor air exhaust piping hole must not be made in a position close to the taper area. Doing so prevents air passage and causes blockage of the sensor.
