The present invention relates generally to a weighted downrigger for troll fishing, and more particularly to a vertical stabilizing fin with a line holding clamp.39.pressure single leverage clamp The downrigger has a forward and rearward jaw body 42, 43 interconnected by adjustment stud 44 which extends structurally in communication with the fin and a spaced distance therebeyond. The line clamp is designed to hold the ETT while preventing air leaks. It also allows for the insertion and removal of the ETT in a patient with a difficult airway. The line clamp was tested in comparison to a plastic and metal ETT clamp with the same clinical protocol. Airway pressure and flow were measured in both nasal and oral modes before and after clamping.

The ring clamp assembly 21 has first and second feet 23, 25 at a free end of the split ring member 22. The first foot 23 is positioned against the matrix 27 when the ring 22 and matrix are pre-assembled outside of a patient's mouth. The second foot 25 is then inserted into the molars to position the ring and matrix against the restoration tooth 29 for Class II restoration. Once inserted, the ring is spread open by a tool held by a dentist. This eliminates a torque or bending force that can be exerted on the matrix as it is inserted and removed.
